Sviluppo Globale is governed by the President and the Board of Members. The Board is composed of one representative for each member company and decides the general strategies of the EEIG. The President acts as legal representative and is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Grouping. The President is supported by the Secretary General who is in charge of the administration of the projects as well as for the coordination of the members' activities on a day-to-day basis.
Each member contributes to the activities of the Grouping by providing technical inputs for the successful design and implementation of the projects assigned to Sviluppo Globale.
While acting as a single entity with regard to its clients and contracts, SvG is thus able to provide a wide range of expertise, by pooling the human resources, expertise and inputs by its members and the larger network the latter partake.
